Peabody’s Designer Jennifer Schuppie carefully curated the common spaces and model apartment units of this new luxury apartment development in Franklin, Wisconsin. Offering a design scheme of furnishings and window treatments to create fresh, modern and warm approachable spaces. Always keeping in mind, the developer’s mission and design budget. Jennifer began the design process focusing on the way the spaces will be used. For example, the community room required plenty of comfortable seating so residents and visitors would feel welcome and relaxed. This enjoyable construction project that took about two years to complete.
